*Once a BSC/ASC booking is confirmed, only C4 staff are able to make changes.
*Once a BSC/ASC booking is confirmed, we need 7 days' notice in writing for a credit or refund.
*If you book BSC/ASC week by week, you must submit your bookings by 9am Friday for the following week.
*Bookings for BSC/ASC received after 9am Friday for the following week will only be accepted if we have space and may incur a $5 per session late fee.
*If you book care from 3pm-4pm and are late picking up your child, your booking will be upgraded to the 3pm-6pm session (an extra $8).
*After school classes must be booked for the whole 8 (or 7) week block and paid for in one lump sum. There are no credits or refunds for classes.
*There is a $1 per minute penalty fee after 6pm for every minute late for pick up from after school care.
*Once a school holiday programme booking is confirmed, no changes are allowed.
